Parking Location: Your designated parking space is on the driveway at the front of the property. Address: The full address of the property is 1 Woodlane Crescent, Falmouth, TR114QS. Security deposit authorisation For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, a refundable security-deposit authorisation may be required where permitted by that platform and disclosed as part of your booking. This is a temporary card authorisation, not an upfront charge. No funds are taken unless there is a valid claim following damage or a serious breach of the house rules; otherwise, the authorisation is released. If your reservation requires it, you will receive a secure automated request from Tinners Stays before arrival. It must be completed before self check-in details can be released. Minimum stays are usually 2–3 nights. Occasionally, where a single night remains available between bookings, we may be able to accept a one-night stay by arrangement.
