🔑 Property Access The apartment is accessed via self check-in, with full details provided prior to arrival for a smooth and flexible check-in experience. 🚗 Parking — please check the space carefully One free dedicated parking space is available directly outside the property at 1 Bank Place, Falmouth, TR11 4AT, opposite Trago Mills. When facing the row of parking spaces, your allocated bay is the THIRD space from the LEFT (equivalently, the second space from the right). It is almost directly in front of the property entrance. After parking correctly, there should be exactly ONE parking bay to the right-hand side of your vehicle. If there is more than one bay to your right, you are in the wrong space. Please do not use any neighbouring space. 📍 Once parked, everything is within easy walking distance, so you can leave the car and enjoy Falmouth on foot.

This is a temporary card authorisation, not an upfront charge. No funds are taken unless there is a valid claim following damage or a serious breach of the house rules; otherwise, the authorisation is released. If your reservation requires it, you will receive a secure automated request from Tinners Stays before arrival. It must be completed before self check-in details can be released. Minimum stays are usually 2–3 nights. Occasionally, where a single night remains available between bookings, we may be able to accept a one-night stay by arrangement.
