🔑 Guest access Guests have private use of the entire apartment and its large sea-facing balcony throughout their stay. Sea Glass is located within The Liner development on Cliff Road, Falmouth. Secure allocated parking is provided on site, with access through the development’s controlled entrance. From the parking area, guests can reach the apartment using the lift or stairs. The property operates a convenient self check-in system, allowing guests to arrive independently. Full arrival directions, parking information, building-entry details and secure key-collection instructions will be provided before check-in once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed. Please park only in the allocated space for Apartment 21. Any additional vehicles will need to use nearby public parking.

🌊 Other things to note Sea Glass is located within a high-quality residential development. We kindly ask guests to respect neighbouring residents and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight. The apartment enjoys an exposed coastal position, so sea breezes and rapidly changing weather are part of the Falmouth experience. Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times. Pet-friendly stays may be available subject to confirmation and the applicable booking conditions. 🔐 Security-deposit authorisation For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, a refundable security-deposit authorisation may be required where permitted by that platform and disclosed as part of the booking. This is a temporary card authorisation rather than an upfront charge. No funds are taken unless there is a valid claim following damage or a serious breach of the house rules. Otherwise, the authorisation is released automatically. Where required, guests will receive a secure automated request from Tinners Stays before arrival. This must be completed before self check-in details can be released. 📅 Minimum stays Minimum stays are generally two or three nights. Where a single night remains available between existing reservations, a one-night stay may occasionally be accepted by enquiry.
