Parking Instructions – 12 Clare Terrace 📍 Address: 12 Clare Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 3ES 🚗 Parking Location: Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire studio apartment. Self Check-In: Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in upon arrival using a secure lockbox. Private Entrance: The studio has its own private entrance for your convenience. Parking: One designated parking space is provided for your vehicle. Please follow these instructions carefully: Address: 12 Clare Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 3ES Location: Parking is at the rear of the property along Waterloo Road. Your Space: Please park on the yellow resin driveway, directly in front of the studio door. This ensures our neighbors in the other apartment can access their allocated space.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, please note the following: Wi-Fi: The studio is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience. Check-In: Check-in is a breeze with our self-service lockbox system, allowing you to arrive at your leisure after the designated check-in time. Sofa Bed: Please let us know in advance if you require the sofa to be made up as a double bed so we can prepare it for your arrival. Security deposit authorisation For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, a refundable security-deposit authorisation may be required where permitted by that platform and disclosed as part of your booking. This is a temporary card authorisation, not an upfront charge. No funds are taken unless there is a valid claim following damage or a serious breach of the house rules; otherwise, the authorisation is released. If your reservation requires it, you will receive a secure automated request from Tinners Stays before arrival. It must be completed before self check-in details can be released. Minimum stays are usually 2–3 nights. Occasionally, where a single night remains available between bookings, we may be able to accept a one-night stay by arrangement. Please send us an enquiry before booking and we’ll be happy to check availability.
